Henri Broen has more than 30 years of professional experience in construction management of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts for major capital projects in the oil, gas and chemical industries and has a track record of success. He has national as well as international multicultural experience in Europe and the Middle East.

Henri takes a “hands-on” approach to multidisciplinary management of large construction projects from bidding to mechanical completion with well-defined objectives and continuous assessment of schedule and cost risks to achieve the highest quality facility completion in compliance with numerous standards (health, safety and environmental).

Responsible for the effective and consistent implementation and utilization of construction strategies, practices, and processes, as well as the successful management of all construction related issues, including project staffing, proposal input, engineering, and project execution. On average, the projects were worth several hundred million euros.

Henri is a civil engineer educated in the Netherlands with a degree in architecture and civil engineering. He also studied economics.

Carsten Mainitz has decades of experience in the capital markets business, including eight years as a board member of a Hamburg-based investment research company.

Carsten has worked on numerous corporate finance projects, working with small and mid-sized investment banks and corporate finance boutiques in analyzing, advising and financing international small cap companies through private placements of equity and debt offerings across various industries. He has a large network of institutional investors, private wealth managers as well as issuers and has extensive media contacts in Europe, especially in German speaking countries.

Carsten holds a degree in Business Administration (University of Mannheim), is a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) and a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA). He was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NABAG AG, an investment company listed on the Hamburg Stock Exchange, for several years.
